Here you can find the latest software updates for our charging systems. Simply select the product group of your devices to download the appropriate files.
Software update 5.33.11 for AMTRON® Professional(+)

Please observe the following instructions when updating the software to version 5.33.11:
For systems with older software versions (5.12.x), an intermediate update to version 5.22.5 is mandatory in order to prepare the system for the installation of the current software version 5.33.11.
The update may take up to 30 minutes. At the end of the update, the charging station performs an automatic restart and will then be accessible again.

Software update 2.15 (including update to TLS 1.2)
To meet the increasing demands for secure, encrypted communication with the ACU backend system, we are offering software with support for TLS 1.2.
The software update for the operating system and software of the MENNEKES ACU V4 (red housing) can only be installed on-site via a direct connection due to the package size. Installation of the update over the network or backend is not possible.
The comprehensive update, which includes TLS 1.2, only needs to be performed once. After this one-time installation, the TLS 1.2 functionality will remain intact even with future regular updates.
